User account information, project data, and estimates are stored on servers provided by Supabase, Inc. Supabase provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Your data is stored in compliance with industry-standard security practices. For more information, see Supabase's privacy policy.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you enter payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Our Service uses Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and security, including Cloudflare Workers that route requests between your browser and our systems. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you upload floor plans or enter project details, we send that content to Anthropic, PBC through its Claude API so the Service can read your plans and generate material takeoffs and estimates. This processing is a core part of how the Service works. The content sent can include your uploaded floor plans and blueprints, building specifications, and the project details you enter. Anthropic processes this content to return results to us. Under Anthropic's commercial terms for its API, Anthropic does not use this content to train its models. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ConstructionGoPro, our users, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. We will require the acquiring entity to honor this Privacy Policy or to give you notice before any new policy takes effect.
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, Inc., which operates data centers in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the storage and processing of your information in the United States. The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and, where required, the appropriate authorities, consistent with applicable law.
We retain your account information and project data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information from our live systems within 90 days, except where we must keep it to meet a legal, tax, accounting, or security obligation. Copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and are overwritten on our regular backup cycle. Dealer pricing data is kept while the Dealer account is active and is removed on the same schedule after closure.
You may review and update your account information at any time by logging into your account. You may close your account by contacting us at support@constructiongopro.com.
You may opt out of marketing and onboarding emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting us directly. You cannot opt out of transactional emails (such as password resets and billing receipts) as these are necessary to provide the Service.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@constructiongopro.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. To protect your information, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before we act on a request. If a request is complex, we may need more time and will tell you.
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@constructiongopro.com. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information. We will confirm when your data has been deleted. Some information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period, as described in Section 4.3.
If you live in Wisconsin, ConstructionGoPro will notify you if an unauthorized person acquires your personal information, as described in Section 4.2. You can also request access to or deletion of your information at any time using Sections 5.3 and 5.4, which are open to all users.
If you are a California resident, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, and receive it in a portable form. To make a request, contact us at support@constructiongopro.com. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not deny you service or charge you a different price for exercising these rights.
The Service uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Session cookies keep you logged in. Preference cookies remember your settings. We use limited first-party analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites for advertising. No third party collects personal information about your online activities over time or across other websites through the Service.
You can disable cookies in your browser, but the Service may not work properly without the cookies that log you in. Some browsers let you send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time, because there is no common industry standard for how to interpret them. Regardless of any Do Not Track setting, the Service does not track you across other websites for advertising.
The Service is a professional tool intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly and close any associated account. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at support@constructiongopro.com and we will act quickly.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. A link from the Service to another site does not mean we endorse that site or its practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will give you notice by email or through the Service before the changes take effect, and we will update the date at the top of this policy. Changes apply going forward only. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
